We check all our items before sending to the customer .If customer are unsatisfied and unhappy with their Purchased item we happily provide store credit.

Store Credit
Store credit is a credit note in your account. Customer should log in to use this credit this credit has no expiry date and can be use anytime. Customer please makes sure the return item must be in following condition.

In it's correct bag (check the barcode label matches garment name tag)

After we receive items from customer we check and provide store credit note.If customer wants to return or exchange their items please send us a email at info@fashionprade.com before sending items to us.

International Return
All worldwide we have 20 days return back policy. Send us your item back in following address.
